The Study
The Transdisciplinary Study on Psychedelic Experience Reports aims to collect, in anonymous form, spontaneously reported personal narratives for rigorous analysis within an academic transdisciplinary research framework, and to make them available in Open Access to the community.
Goals
Psychedelic experience reports contribute to advancing research, prevention and harm reduction. They can also inform clinical, epistemological and cultural understanding of these states of consciousness.
Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old
- Speak French, English or Italian
- Have no impairments preventing understanding of the Study
- Have previously consumed a psychedelic substance listed in the questionnaire
Site structure
The site has two parts:
- An introductory / demographic questionnaire (~10 min)
- A free-writing space to tell your experience
After the collection
After verification and moderation (anonymisation) by the scientific committee, your report is published in Open Access, freely usable by any visitor for scientific or other purposes. It is identified by a Random Identification Number (RIN).
Your questionnaire responses, after verification, are not published and are used for scientific research purposes by the committee or any authorised organisation.
Withdrawing your contribution
You can withdraw your contribution by your own means for 2 years using your RIN and your personal deletion code. After that, you will need to contact the scientific leads, which will lift your anonymity with them (without making your identity public).
